MOVIE REVIEW: Race to Witch Mountain (PG)

STORY:
Two aliens crash on Earth, and pay a taxi driver to drive to the middle of nowhere. And then from there on it is just one action scene after the other.

POSTIVE ELEMENTS:
When Seth and Sara (the alien kids) overpay Jack (the taxi driver), Jack goes to give them their money back. And even though Jack could just hand the kids to government agents standing outside the resturant they're in, he keeps the kids
safe. And plus Jack never picks up a gun to fight his enemies, even when it would be easier.

SPIRTUAL ELEMENTS:
You think that since it's called Witch Mountain it would have loads of this, but yet it doesn't.

SEXUAL CONTENT:
none

VIOLENT CONTENT:
There is explosion after explosion, which sorta makes you wonder
why it is only rated PG.

PROFANITY:
There is some uses of the word damn

OTHER NEGATIVE ELEMENTS:
There is two stormtroopers through the film, that are REALLY annoying and sometimes a little insulting. And also Seth and Sara steal $15,000, from a ATM and they never get in trouble for it. And also some kids may get a little scared when the the
Siphon assassin, gets it's helmet knocked off and it's true face is revealed. And also Sara says that Junkyard the dog has to 'relieve himself'. And during the UFO Expo there is a lot of gambling.

CONCLUSION:
If you like explosions, UFOs, and aliens, you will love this movie! I give 3 out of 5 stars

MOVIE REVIEW: Thomas and the Magic Railroad (G)

STORY:
Thomas the Tank Engine goes to collect Mr. Conductor, meanwhile Diesel 10 and the diesels Splatter and Dodge show up and they make the trains worried. Meanwhile they try to find a magical train called Lady.

POSTIVE ELEMENTS:
Even though the trains are scared of Diesel 10, they try to stop him from finishing his evil plans. And also even though Lily has never been to Sodor, she still tries to save the island from Diesel 10.

SPIRTUAL ELEMENTS:
This movie is full of magic, including Mr. Conductor's gold dust, and of course the Magic Railroad

SEXUAL CONTENT:
nothing

VIOLENT CONTENT:
Diesel 10 threatens people with his claw, that he calls 'Pinchy', and he grabs Mr. Conductor and holds him over a bridge.

PROFANITY:
Mr. Conductor says damn once, that's it.

OTHER NEGATIVE ELEMENTS:
Diesel 10 may scare kids and there is one scene with James in the Smelters, that will probably scare kids (I know it scared me when I first saw it).

CONCLUSION:
This movie is awesome! Some people may be upset over all of the magic but it's not too bad. I give this movie 5 out 5 stars.

GAME REVIEW: Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (T)

STORY:
Anakin Skywalker turns to the Dark Side of the Force, the clones turn against the Jedi... that's it

GAMEPLAY:
The only thing you will be doing in this game is killing many droids, clones, Jedi and a few Neimodians with your lightsaber. That's the only thing that will you ever do.

POSITIVE ELEMENTS:
Obi-Wan goes to kill Anakin when Anakin turns to the Dark Side, even though they're best friends.

SPIRITUAL ELEMENTS:
You will have to use the Force, even though most of the time you use it as a weapon.

SEXUAL CONTENT:
none

VIOLENT CONTENT:
The whole game is full of fighting, so if you don't like the violence in Star Wars you won't like this game too much. Some people may be a little upset that Anakin kills female Jedi Knights, and also there is a alternate ending where Darth Vader gets his new lightsaber from Darth Sidious and then stabs Sidious.

PROFANITY:
none, if you don't mind the trash talking

OTHER NEGATIVE ELEMENTS:
In the alternate ending Darth Vader kills Darth Sidious, so that he can control the galaxy alone. And also some of the trash talking can get a little dark. And plus one of the Separatist leaders called Nute Gunray traps the rest of the leaders into the room with Darth Vader (who kills them), just so that he can try to escape.

CONCLUSION:
This game gets boring fast and pretty soon you just want it to end, so I give it 1 out of 5 stars.
